Lola Salon requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments ("no-shows"), will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total scheduled service value.

By booking an appointment with Lola Salon, you authorize us to securely store your payment information and charge the credit card on file for any applicable late cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with this policy.

We appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps us respect our stylists' time and provide appointment availability for other guests.

Please ensure you select the appropriate service when booking your appointment. Booking the correct service allows us to schedule the appropriate amount of time and ensure your stylist is prepared for your visit.

If the service booked does not match the service required, we may be unable to complete your appointment as scheduled or may need to reschedule it.

• All gift card purchases are final sale and are non-refundable.

• Gift cards may be redeemed for salon services and retail products at Lola Salon and do not expire.

• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards is the responsibility of the cardholder. Lola Salon is not responsible for replacing lost or stolen gift cards.

• If a gift card was purchased for a specific service and the price of that service changes, the gift card will retain the original dollar value paid at the time of purchase. The remaining value may be applied toward any service or retail product.

• Gift cards are fully transferable and may be used by anyone presenting the gift card at the time of redemption.

• Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.

To comply with current health and safety regulations, only certified service animals are permitted inside Lola Salon.

For the comfort, safety, and well-being of all guests and staff, pets and other non-service animals are not permitted in the salon.
